New Learning Center and State of the
Art Library Complex
Today, the Learning Center and library in the Neve Yosef Community Center are in a thirty-year-old building that is quite run down and is not accessible to the disabled population or suited to the general needs of the community.
The Learning Center was chosen by the Israel Association of Community Centers as a sample of excellence due to the many successful educational programs for the benefit of the diverse community.
From the development of strategic learning processes to innovative programs to shorten the cognitive and digital gap, Neve Yosef Community Center is at the forefront of new challenges.
Libraries have transformed from being a place where library users felt the need to whisper, to vibrant, dynamic places, providing access to a wide variety of services tailored to meet local needs.
With 2400 members and 20,000 books, the existing library at Neve Yosef Community Center is unable to fulfill the growing dynamic and technical needs of the community.
The Neve Yosef Community looks towards the future and plans to launch a major campaign to renovate the building and establish a new state of the art Learning Center and Library Complex.
Neve Yosef’s renovation program aims to upgrade its existing facilities with a modern and attractive building that provides comfort, convenience and suits the varied needs of the community.
